"The two gentlemen from Junk Relief were prompt, professional, courteous and efficient. They were able to remove a queen size bedroom suite from a tight area without doing any damage to walls or doorframes. I would definitely use them again."

"We used Awad Landscaping for our Fall Clean-up after buying an Angie's List deal and they did a magnificent job. Besides trimming our bushes and clearing all of the leaves and flower beds in our yard, they honored our special request to remove all of the flowers from our pots and troughs before the winter snow and cold hit the following week. We will consider using them now for bi-annual clean-ups and other services."

"Overpromised and under-delivered. I received a bid for $4,000 for a new walkway and to cover my existing cement porch with stone. However, Doro came back twice with higher prices after he went to purchase the stone. The prices made it 50% more. Ultimately I had him do only half the work - the work was done really well, but he was a little hard to manage."

"We were in the inspection process of buying a house, and Greg agreed to do an estimate, even though we knew the crawlspace might have been a deal breaker for us since it was in pretty bad shape. The home inspector suggested a vapor barrier. I searched Angie's list and found Greg and his crew.
Another local company I called would not come out to do an estimate since it was only a home inspection, and we weren't 100% sure we were going to buy the house, let alone complete the work after the purchase.
Upon talking with Greg the first time, I had a feeling that he was going to do a good job and be easy to work with. He was very straight forward and truthful.
The crawlspace was a dirt floor, and probably hadn't been touched in over 20 years. It was dank, wet, full of bugs as evidenced by the webs and old traps. It was also had the beginnings of some rather serious issues from the neglect. The bones were good, but it was definitely time to dry it out and start over. Originally, I was looking to get the sealed with concrete and Greg suggested a new material, a spray on material, to use instead. He assured me it would be strong enough to be used for storage items. It would also save us 4 inches of clearance over the concrete, which makes a difference in a crawl space. I decided to go with it, even though it was a brand new method at the time for Greg and his team.
We decided to move forward and buy the house and we also decided to hire Greg and team to help transform the space in to a working storage area.
I could not be more happy with the result. Greg's team showed up and immediately got to work. Even though the house was not being lived in at the time and other contractors were there, the entrance and work areas were covered in plastic which is good thing as the guys coming out of the crawl were covered in mud. I was surprised out how swiftly the crew got to work. They got the job done quickly, and were extremely professional throughout the entire process.
After a fantastically wet spring, it turns out that a foundation crack was causing some very minor seepage from the outside after all of the work was complete. Other houses in the area had their entire basements and crawls completely flooded. Greg came back and sealed a very small crack free of charge to finish up the job.
I wish I had more crawlspaces to give Greg and his team more work. I will definitely use them again should the need arise."

"They responded quickly and were very friendly and professional. They initially planned to rod-out our sewer line, but the camera showed that the old cast iron line was broken in at least one place. This was consistent with the experience of other homes in our neighborhood, which are all starting to have the same problems. They did what they could, closed it back up, and provided a quote for digging up the line in the front yard. Despite the tight space between our front stoop and sidewalk, they were able to dig straight down by hand and then undermine the stoop without removing it since that side was supported on the foundation. They found multiple breaks in the line and also found that the cast iron unusually went out another 40-50 feet and had more cracks in it. They offered the option for replacing all of it or just replacing the section directly in front of the stoop. We decided just to replace all of it. Despite the change in plans, they did have us up and running on the first day of the dig. They replaced all of the copper and cast iron in the house with PVC and patched us into the remainder of the old line, since they could not come back until a few days later. They used the proper bronze solder-to-threaded fittings between the old copper and the new PVC (no rubber boots). The second phase took two days, since they discovered that the clay pipe was 8.5 feet down. They did get the new pipe laid down and patched in by the end of the first day, though, and had everything back together by the middle of the second. They replanted our bushes and put things back together. They used the proper permits and the village inspected their work before they buried it."
