"Gene, Lior, and their team were amazing! We had multiple contractors ghost us for structural work in our basement (replacement of wooden beam and posts with steel). The team did EVERYTHING for us - from the architectural drawings, to Chicago city permits, to the work. Their estimate was exactly what we paid, and their timeline was correct. The thing that stood out the most was their responsiveness. We asked a lot of questions and Lior and Gene always responded right away with clear answers to all of our questions. I have and will continue to recommend Chi Renovation and Design!"

"Nermin & Sons do it all. I cannot tell you how good they are. They worked within my schedule and budget. The quality of work was amazing. I would recommend them to anyone. Contractors don't get any better than this. If you need quality work, and beyond (when he saw that additional work would be needed, he just did it). For your peace of mind (I''m 70 years old and have been dealing with Nermin for at least 15 years), please consider Nermin and Sons to meet your construction issues."

"Howard and his whole crew were fantastic. I think we were a little picky about the design and paint schemes, but Howard's crew made it work for us and the porch looks really lovely. Plus, it looks like it's always been there, not like an addition. The carpenters worked hard to capture the essence of our original porch (from 1895) and the painter was very careful to match the original color scheme of the house. We could not be happier!"

"I couldn’t be happier with the work Jamie did on our home renovation. He handled everything from painting, tile work, and flooring with outstanding skill and attention to detail. The quality of craftsmanship was excellent, timelines were respected, and communication was clear and professional throughout the entire project. He treated the house with care, kept the workspace clean, and offered thoughtful suggestions that improved the final result. Reliable, hardworking, and highly skilled—I would confidently recommend him to anyone looking for top-quality home renovation work and would absolutely hire him again"

"I can’t say enough about Alanis Interiors. They do phenomenal work and so easy to work with. Very understanding & patient. I had never done a major renovation and Ulises always answered all my questions patiently and completely. I will definitely be hiring them again for future projects and will tell anyone I know to hire them!"

"As a new Homeowner, we had some plans to change and remodel some rooms in our home. Juan did an amazing job my kitchen and bathroom expectations were exceeded. He is very responsible and professional in what he does."

"Angelo Pecoraro, the owner of A.P. Builder, was a pleasure to work with from start to finish on our major remodeling project of adding a sunroom to our home. Out of many contractors I called to get an estimate, he was the only one willing to provide options to have the project fit our budget. Once we agreed to move forward, he worked diligently with the architect and village to get the permits finalized (which is a difficult task in my town). Once the work started, he provided almost daily updates of the work that will be completed and any anticipated inspections (which we passed easily). He also reached out himself to finalize details from big items like windows to small ones like the molding. The result was a beautiful sunroom and deck which I receive compliments on regularly. Do yourself a favor and for your next major home remodel/renovation work with Angelo and A.P. Builder!"

"We worked with Budget Construction on a home improvement project and had a great experience. The team was professional, efficient, and respectful throughout the process. The pricing was fair, and the quality of work met our expectations. Everything was completed on time, and the communication was clear from start to finish. I would gladly recommend Budget Construction for any remodeling or renovation needs."

"These brothers and their crew did an outstanding job remodeling our basement with new flooring, cabinets, doors, walls, cabinets and fresh paint. The place looks super polished with no details missed. I was most impressed with their communication throughout and enjoyed working with them. They are well intentioned people that want to do good work and please the customer. I would recommend to anyone looking for a home or office renovation contractor."
