"I was put in touch with a technician named Tom. He was able to help me diagnose the issue with the bake igniter in my gas oven, during a remote video call. Tom sent me a link for the replacement part and explained how to install it. He even gave me a helpful tip for how to clean my oven’s glass window. I was able to replace the part easily using Tom’s instructions. I am very satisfied with the repair and with the help I got from Tom."

"Shane did a great job fixing my dryer. He completed the repair in a timely manner and came prepared with the parts needed to complete the job. I would highly recommend him to my neighbors, family, and friends for any appliance repair needs."

"I called Legendary Appliance Repair because the bottom oven on my GE appliance stopped working. Shane was very knowledgeable and ordered a part for it. Once the part came in, Shane installed it about 30 minutes. Shane was very courteous and professional and his pricing was very reasonable. I would HIGHLY recommend him and would certainly call him again if I need appliances repaired."

"Our oven was not heating properly and right before the 4th! We contacted Albert on Tuesday evening and he was here Wednesday with the part and had the oven working properly within the hour. Highly, Highly recommend Albert!! Thank you sir, the ribs are thawing as we speak!!"

"Prior to calling Choice I had looked high and low for the correct knobs that fit my oven. Believe it or not the technician actually had, in his car, the correct knobs. We were so thankful. He was prompt and very professional. Choice found him somehow and I was very grateful. Thanks Choice!!"

"They have always fixed the problems that we've had. Frustrations? Delays? At times. We live in a flawed world. But overall, service has been professional and well done. It has always been worth the monthly fee and deductibles. If you consider that most appliances today only last five years or so, breakdowns are going to be a given. Our most recent repair will require at least two service calls and an $1800 part. That more than pays for our entire year's fees."

"Keith and Mike were wonderful. Great service and knowledgeable in their craft. The weather was terrible when they came to install my decorative outside shutters and they still got the job done in a timely manner. I will use them again and listen to their suggestions!"
