The 3 workers were extremely polite and very professional at all times. I appreciated the video for homeowners helping me to get ready for the job, and that they consulted me whenever there was a question (such as the height of the shelves and bench seat in the shower). I wasn't thrilled about having to pay in full for the project a month before the work was done, but everything turned out 100% great.
