"When me and my family moved into a new apartment, my friends refer me to Progressive Electra to do nanny cameras, burglary alarm and home theater. I needed the job to be done fast and neat, because I have two kids. The guys come on time as it was scheduled, they installed four cameras with audio, 5-zone alarm system and full home theater including wall-mount 55" TV and 7 speakers with 2 sub-woofers, smart universal remote control and IR-receiver. All cables were hidden inside the walls, and all wire management were done in a neat manner in a specially designed closet. The job was done by two technicians and it took them 2 days for wiring and 1 day for installation. Technicians did a nice job, they cleaned after themselves everyday they were done, no additional scratches were made. By the end of the job, guys took time to train me how to operate the systems, they explained to me in details, and showed me how my new systems work. The prices were very reasonable and affordable for the job they done. Later on, I had a problem with one of my system, and when I called to the company, they were able  clearly and understandably navigate me over the phone through the system and helped me resolve the problem. Overall, I can say that Progressive Electra is a professional company, who takes seriously and very responsible for projects they do. Also, their technical support is providing high level and knowledgeable services. I am thankful to my friend who refer me to Progressive Electra, and I am highly recommend them to everybody who needs the services they provide.  In the future I will defiantly use Progressive Electra's quality service for my office or home projects.

"We truly don’t have the words to adequately describe the wonderful service from Joe and NYC TV Mounting. Joe was so easy to schedule with during our initial conversation and was able to give us a rough estimate and very quick availability. Joe was in the neighborhood a few days before our scheduled work and popped in to assess the work and finalize a quote and workload, which drastically helped in understanding the scope of work. Joe and Paul were prompt and on time for our agreed time. They brought with them all their tools and the best attitude - getting to work quickly and getting to know me and my husband. They were so incredibly thorough in their work (hanging 2 TVs - one of which was an in-wall Frame TV, redirecting our water line for our fridge, hanging some heavy duty mirrors and bookshelves). I should note that with the tv mounting services, they built a holder for the unit to sit it, plastered the wall, and repainted with our original paint color. They took such care with our belongings, took care with their tools in our home, and did the most seamless and great work. Pricing was extremely fair for the quality of work and they went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the work done.
