"I needed a few things done to the house. They were small jobs, however one (an emergency) was reattaching a pipe that had come loose. It was swaying in the wind and I was afraid it would pull off the house. Mark was referred to me and he fit me into his schedule the same day when I expressed my concerns. I had total confidence from the moment he arrived. He completed the work, even staying a little later than expected (at the end of an already long day). I will be needing a new roof and siding and will definitely call Mark."

"I mean, a mailbox is a mailbox, or so I thought.  I am very pleased with my new mailbox installed by "You've got mail".  Really!  It looks much better than my old one ever did (a do it yourself installation).  The lettering on the side showing my address is lovely.  The installer even took my old and broken mailbox and post away, which was a complete surprise.

Once Diane and I connected, everything went smoothly.  There was a bit of a delay because she had a family emergency but who has not ever had one of those? 

I am very happy with this service provider and highly recommend it.  Hopefully, I will never need to replace my mailbox again, but if I do, I know who to call and if I know of someone who needs a mailbox install/repair, I will surely recommend "You've got mail".

"Professional, polite, decent and oddly adept at sensing ones mood and reacting to it accordingly.  I suspect he would have been a counselor or artist of some sort if his engineering skills had not gotten in the way. An "A" is not good enough for him.

He explained that the $49 was only for the service call but since the fix took only minutes and required no additional parts he didn't charge me more. He's an honest hard working repairman who tries to do his best. I've used him before and will continue to use him."

"While looking for a plumber to inspect and replace a leaking water heater, I found Rapid Repairs.  I called the number, and was directed to send a text message if I needed a emergent response.  After only a few minutes, I got a response in a text message addressing my issue.  They were professional and answered my questions as best he could without being at my house.  I even got estimates based on my answers.  The only reason I did not utilize their service was that I needed hot water immediately, and they were already on multiple service calls, meaning the earliest they could come out would be Monday.

"Star painting power washed and painted the whole exterior of our house 5 years ago. It has held up extremely well. We had some damage recently and called them to repair it. They were incredibly responsive & completed all the work going above and beyond in honoring our warranty on the work. "We had an old deck that needed to be replaced.  When the old deck came down we had to do some grading of the soil.  Jim worked with us to schedule himself and the tractor work to make this happen.  The new deck exceeds our expectations.  Jim has great attention to detail and made sure that every part of the deck looked correct and pleasing to the eye.  We added string lights and outdoor lights to the project and he was happy to add that as well.  It is very hard to find people who are excited about your project and take ownership of it.  We found that in Jim and his team!  We are SUPER happy and would reccommend Jim to anyone.
