"We got up on this Saturday to a dishwasher overflowing and a totally plugged kitchen sink. Water was everywhere. We called Godwin Plumbing, as we have had them before, only to learn they didn't offer service on the weekend - but they highly recommended Ryans Drain Cleaning. So we called them and left a message. He called back a couple hours later and came out a couple hours after that. He checked with us first to see if we wanted it fixed on a Saturday at an extra emergency cost or did we want to wait for Monday. We did choose to have it fixed at the emergency rate. When he got here and looked at it, he knew the problem right away and fixed it promptly. It was something that we could not have fixed by ourselves and were very grateful to have it fixed today. We felt his service was well worth the price. And the service man, Steve, was pleasant too. Overall, a good experience -- if any plumbing emergency could be called that!!!!"

"We had scheduled an appointment to have our septic tank drained. The technician came to our house, he had to walk up our driveway. He was not able to get his truck up our ice covered driveway. <br />We had uncovered the tank and the tech did open the tank and determined we could wait until Spring to gave our rank drained. Called Gary at Plummers Waste Group (got his contact info through our regular plumber who does not clean mainlines) and he was able to schedule me for that same day. Very polite & courteous. Showed up at my house exactly when he said he would. Was able to diagnose & fix the problem much quicker than what I was expecting. As a first time homeowner he was also very educational and showed/explained to me everything he was doing. Watched him use the water jet to clean out the gunk & roots that had been growing into our pipes as the house sat vacant. Very direct, honest man. Gave me tips for upkeep. Great service for a great price. Have had no problems since his service. "The plumber that Affordable Plumbing sent out on the call was not one of their plumbers - he actually worked for a different company.  He was excellent, honest, and professional and I was extremely impressed.  I would happily contract with this plumber again - but through his other company as I thought Affordable Plumbing's prices were high.  It turned out that my drain problem was a really simple fix that took less than 15 minutes, but the rate for any call outside of working hours with this company is $300.  <br />"

"It was after hours on a Friday night. I called another plumbing agency but when I couldn't get a call back, I called Lascko Plumbing. Thankfully, a real person answered my call. Hannah was quick to respond, stated she would get a technician right out. Jera called me back to let me know when I could expect someone. Steve was the technician, he was so thorough, very knowledgeable, he found the problem to be a leaky radiator valve that I hadn't tightened when I bled the lines. He was a Godsend, it could have been a flood zone if he wouldn't have found the source of the leak. Great company! Great team! Reasonable price. Satisfied customer!"

"he extended and bypassed the overflow pipe out so it reach right down into the ground, and used a roto-rooter to clean out the pipe even though he didn't have to do that.  They called an hour before saying he's on his way. He is ALWAYS very professional and ON TIME"
