"Very well. Repaired the tub/shower first then checked washer (problem turned out to be with washer, not water supply). He came at the time/on the date planned and was professional and personable. Will absolutely call back should another plumbing issue arise, and will highly recommend to friends.

"TJ responded to request for service immediately, & showed up to appt on time. Super communication, as I had questions before he came. He replaced an old, leaking faucet & non-working shut-off handles & hoses. Quick work, reasonable price, & well done! He brought a helper/student (btw TJ did not charge me extra). So nice to see someone mentor for the plumbing profession! Will definitely call again!"

"The service call was placed on 12/10; vendor callled same day but was unable to respond until 12/14. He was prompt and declared the faucet was unreparable.. I asked if he could not try to repair but he said he cold not do that because if it din'fix the problem he could not replace the faucet. He stated that the replacement would not be exact but similar. My faucet had separaate lever for turn on/off but he said the replacement would probably be part of the sprout. We did not really appreciate this but he offered no probable favorable solution.. Not happy with response time but realize a close to weekend call caused this. Did not appreciate not even attempting repair."
