"I used Angie's List to look for a plumber and was quite apprehensive based on reading so many negative reviews about how many dishonest plumbers are in Albuquerque. Albuquerque Plumbing, Heating & Cooling called and left a message for me and I called this morning. My toilet wasn't draining, after repeating plunging. Fore Gen Plumbing called and told me their starting price is $129 and I wouldn't find a lower price. They were wrong. Albuquerque Plumbing, Heating & Cooling quoted me $75 for auger service, from the toilet side. The auger didn't work, so the plumber offered $105 drain cleanout service. When the clog was cleared in 5 minutes, he told me the $105 included a 90-day warranty, free reservice if I have any more clogs, leaks, issues. Corey did an outstanding job, very impressed with his professionalism, courtesy, honesty and integrity. Not only did he call ahead, arrived early, he wore a mask and shoe covers."

"We called at 8:30 on a Monday morning. Brenda called back within 15 minutes to confirm that Lino would be onsite within about an hour. Lino called 30 minutes later to indicate he was 15 minutes away.Lino arrived at 9:30 and took apart the drain and removed blockage (improper food in garbage disposal). All repaired in about 30 minutes (paid for one hour minimum). Great Service!

Reliable Tech appears to be a company that is consciously growing to be a regional company for the Santa Fe/Albuquerque area.  Had conversations with a secretary, marketing person, head heating man, and his assistant throughout the project.

"I'll list the pros first
1.The provider was good to call when he was on his way and came within the time I was given he would come.
2. He fixed the clog within 30 minutes
3. He was good to clean the water from the laminate flooring.
The cons
1. When I called for service I wasn't sure if I had mistakenly called a home even though Angie's list had connected me.  It took a few minutes to try and decipher if I called the wrong number and/or the person didn't speak English. Also the phone connection was not  good and I couldn't hear all that the person on the line was saying I was ready to hang up when the lady then spoke up clearly and asked me not to hang up.  It got better after that and she asked my address and asked what I needed. I said that I had a drain that needed clearing and in the past a snake had been used. I was also quoted the $89 for the service  
2.  When the provider got here and checked the drain he then said he would have to use a longer snake to get to it.  We said ok, not knowing that if you need 30 feet of snake that it will cost an addition amount and he didn't offer the information. The price quoted was $89.00 dollars and I ended up paying $123.   
3.  What happened to the 10% senior discount?  
I would suggest letting customers know that there is an additional charge for using a longer snake and also giving them the discount that is advertised.  We would be happy to give a better review if the amount quoted or the senior discount would be refunded.
UPDATE:
I would like to update my review on this company.  The provider contacted me immediately and rectified the price cost from $123 to $86.  The error was in the customer service representative that failed to tell me the cost would be more for using a mechanical snake which extends longer into pipe.  He apologized for not telling me at the time of service thinking that the representative had already explained that.   I would refer this local company to anyone that needs a drain unplugged or snaked.  Thank you for your service."
