He came out, was able to troubleshoot the wiring issue, adjust the sprinkler heads to hit the right spots of the grass, set the right timer. He's also update to date with the latest app/technology if we wanted to change the current sprinkler system so that we control it from our phone. I'd highly recommend Esau/First Rate Irrigation!"

"I asked to move and repair Sprinkler system front and back. I ended up with a patio (Beautiful patio), and now both sprinkling systems are off line. Since I went with a patio, I asked for two 3" tube under all the "new" walkways for their planters. I found two 1/2" pipes instead, and too short to reach under the new wall... Note, when my existing wall man starting working along side on a series of $500.00 jobs reminded me that I called Frank for Sprinklers... My time is too short and patio looks great so far, for the most part..."

"Our technician, Dameyan Jackson, called the night before the day of service to let me know the time that he would be here to service our system. On Friday, he called to let me know that he was available to come earlier than scheduled, if I would like. He arrived shortly after the phone call, came in and quickly recognized that the pump had failed. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I was very pleased with his service and look forward to him returning to install a new pump."

"He made a commitment to remove the weeds both in the front and back areas, and he followed through with rototilling in both places. He also promised to install weed mats, but he only managed to do so partially in the front and didn't do it at all on the side. Unfortunately, the weeds are growing back, including in the backyard. Initially, he agreed to install a water drip system in both the front and back yards, but he only did it in the front yard. Additionally, he was supposed to create a walkway and complete the ground cover, but the ground cover remains unfinished. Furthermore, he left a pile of items in the backyard, assuring that he would remove them, but they still remain there."
