"Had a backyard fenced in to protect a new puppy. Called New England Fence, they came within a day to talk through options and give me a free estimate for the work. I had a formal estimate within a few days and the work was scheduled and completed with two weeks. Issac was responsive, and checked in on the installation in progress to make sure all was going as planned. The installation was finished same day. The quality of the work was outstanding and the price was very reasonable. Highly recommend this company."

"When I first met Edwin he was very polite. He promised to follow the explicit details of the project which were to match existing fence. He said he would start in two weeks. When he finally showed up it had been a month. He stayed for a few hours and went home sick after having brought a small amount of disgraceful materials. I mistakenly agreed to pay $300 for these in advance. The wood was cracked, some posts too large and the boards the wrong species. After being instructed not to use a specific post he did so anyway. Then proceeded to make the gate a foot shorter than fence. After he left I noticed the cross bars were pine which he argued and lied over until Angi got involved. To keep job he agreed to get cedar like the original fence. By then I had had enough manipulation and childishness. He insisted on finishing job and I did not want him to. So in fear he would, I had to keep and move the materials he lazily left. If I do not get my $300 back I am glad because the gentleman working for him was very kind and I don’t want Edwin having an excuse not to pay him. Edwin is dishonest, and immature. I do not recommend him! My parents recently passed away and I wanted the project done for my Mother at least by Father’s Day. I am disabled and my puppy who is helping me to survive is not safely contained in my front yard. The Summer is wasted because I cannot empty the garage and get my home ready for a future PCA. Edwin knows not what he did and didn’t do. Do not hire this person and God Bless!"

They were quick, considerate and accommodating to the fact I had other work going on and they had to deal with dig safe because of the gas pipeline in my yard. Each time it has been with different items: I have had my kitchen remodeled,  a deck torn down and rebuilt, a new roof put on, old fencing disc arded, and a yard cleanup. The only difference in pricing was for the roofing and even though ti was more money it was STILL CHEAPER than a dumpster!!! I don't know how these guys do it, but they pickup on time, without issue andfor the cost quoted. I have turned each of my contractors onto them - now they are using them. "My kitchen and bathroom renovations are in process. United Home Solutions was willing to step into renovations in process when the first contractor could not continue. The carpentry team is well along with installation of cabinets, trim and baseboards and will build custom shelving. The quality of the work is excellent. They worked with me to choose trim compatible with original trim in my 1860 clapboard home and it looks great! The board and plaster team closed up the remaining spaces with smooth walls. The countertop team and painter have been scheduled. These are good people to work with on a project that has endless decisions in my older home as they discuss the possibilities and know how to implement decisions reached."
