"This company is great. We have used them for over ten years. They cut about 3 acres for us, do it quickly, blow off the driveway and sidewalk and are always professional. "Inconsistent mowing schedule.  We'd call Micah when it was over two weeks since they came and our lawn was way overgrown.  He'd tell us he'd get someone out to mow on a specific day and the crew never showed up.  This happened several times, but they'd get to it eventually.  This season, it started off the same way (inconsistent mowing, overgrown lawn).    The two times we did get our lawn services in 2014, the crew left lawn clippings all over our patio and flower beds (they are supposed to blow that off).   We emailed/called him and said if service didn't improve we would cancel.   We received no emails or returned calls, no apology when we actually cancelled the service.  Poor customer service, the only thing that would show up on time was our bill.  We are much happier with our new lawn service.
