We offer complete roof replacements, sunroom installation, and additions. We are an exterior remodeler specializing in James Hardie fiber cement siding, vinyl siding, cedar siding, Sunrooms, 3 Season Room and more!
"Our salesperson (Bill) was excellent. We were comfortable with his knowledge and his willingness to accommodate our different design ideas. The office manager (Renee) was terrific. She was very friendly to work with and always very responsive to our inquiries. We also enjoyed working with the job foreman (Greg). He was very communicative and we really felt like he treated the project as if it were his own house. Finally, the owner (James) was terrific to work with. Yes, he's the owner, and yes you expect him to eventually make sure that a quality product is delivered, but he did all of that and more. He really took ownership of everyone else's work and made sure we were happy with the end product. Plus, he's just a fun guy to work with!"

Once the deposit was paid our level of responsiveness changed and we were always "next on the list." Will never did build our deck because he under bid the job and decided it wasn't worth his while. Where we are at today (one year later) - a police report is being filed today. Any theft over $1,000 is a felony in the State of Ohio and we just want our deposit back. What sets APCO apart from other home improvement companies is that APCO, now one of the largest home improvement companies in Ohio, is a wholesale distributor. That means lower prices for our customers from a very experienced staff.
"I needed new gutters and new facia boards installed. I also had additional splash guards and leaf guards installed. Their team was very efficient at installing the gutters and they work as well as I hoped. I have very obviously rotten wood in two areas behind the gutters. I had discussed this with both the person that came out to quote the job in advance, and with the crew lead before they started work, and a 2nd time with the crew lead as they were putting up the gutters later in the day. One of the rotten pieces is in the middle of a 30 foot run of gutters. I called one of the managers after the gutters were installed, and they sent a single person to try to correct this issue. The service tech was able to repair the rotten wood after the multiple trips."
