I don’t think it was a bait and switch – it did seem to take more time – but I’d like it if they’d notify you about the extra charges for recessed panels. I might use them again; I'd certainly get an estimate for a future job."

"Bill was very knowledgeable with our lightning rod project. Performed a full installation to our home. The very tall chimney was a lightning magnet, and he used a custom attachment for it and a low profile system to suit our home, did a perfect job with the grounding cable, it can hardly be seen from the ground. He also provided a free inspection to an existing lightning rod system on the barn and our building. Very reasonably priced, and we are very happy with our new investment. "I was able to secure an initial appointment with Shawn quickly. On the first visit, he took the time to evaluate the situation and present a solution to my wiring request which was to add additional lighting to the outside of the garage. Shawn was able to run wiring in a nearly inaccessible wall, checking to make sure the lights will all sit level and not leaving until we both walked the inside and outside of the garage to make sure every light and outlet was in working order. "Danny came on a service call to look at an exterior outlet that did not work when I bought my house years ago. He did a lot of detective work to find out where the issue was, and gave me some repair options. He recommended scheduling a new appointment with a half-day deal, rather than continuing the repair with the service call rate. He also gave me a list of supplies that I could pick up in advance to save some time (and money). When he came back, he installed a new junction box, connected the wires to a circuit (it didn't work because the wires were just tied off), and replaced and sealed the outlet. He had to remove and reinstall the dishwasher in the process, and cleaned up the work area well. Danny was very nice, answered all my questions, and took the time to do things right. I plan to hire him again."
