He agreed to do the work in two weeks, and said he would call to confirm. he never called or showed. I called back the following week, and again he scheduled a day to come out. He never called or showed. I had to request refund today because it has been 30 days since I purchased it."

"Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. Of course, we paid extra for the new unit and upgrades, but we thought the price was very fair. Jim seemed very knowledgeable and responsive. We will definitely call him again if we need any computer services."

"I contacted 3 different Angies List companies for this project, and The Blind Ladies was the lowest quote of the three (but barely - they were all within $250). Jeff was my contact throughout, but after I placed the order and sent in my check for the 50% deposit, I did not hear from him. I was warned that the order would take 6-9 weeks, so I tried to wait patiently until that time frame had passed. I would have preferred a confirmation of some sort that my check had been received (I kept checking my account online to see if the check had been cashed), as well as an update or two about when to expect the order to come in. I didn't get any of that. I finally called, several times, and was told the order was on time, they were expecting it at the end of the week, etc. I kept having to follow up with phone calls - at least 2-3 times. The installation went great. Jeff was pleasant, personable and efficient. He was kind and affectionate with my dog (a very old lab). He removed the blinds from the master closet and put them up for me in the garage at no extra charge, which I really appreciated. If this company provided an email address and communicated better, I would've given them an A."

"I would highly recommend this business.  We had them come and restain the deck and at first just powerwash the house.  They scheduled the work right away.  After doing the pressure washing, there were some areas with paint chips under the soffit.  Mike offered to repaint those for free.  During this, they noticed areas of the soffit that were rotten, so we had them repair those areas of the wood.  They also fixed a few screens that were damaged during the pressure washing for free.  
Everything turned out great, and we are very happy we had this work done.  Mike and Crystal are very professional and easy to work with.  I will be having them do some more work on our house in the near future.

"The process of building my garage went great! I am a repeat customer of ASA (Blake and Mark), they built my screened-in porched last year that I am extremely happy with. When I decided to add a detached garage, I contacted Blake at ASA. Blake and I discussed what I wanted in the detached garage and they handled everything from plans, permits and coordinating the construction process which included city/county inspections. Blake kept me informed throughout the whole process. The detached garage turned out great and an excellent addition to my home."
