"HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! (review from an experienced home renovator â this is my 5 personal renovation and I have helped dozens of friends/family with renovations) While renovating a 1901 Dilworth house I had another electrician start the work and then disappearâ ¦ Stopped answering my calls/texts. My wife found Honesty Electric based on their online reviews, and Louis was prompt to provide a quote a day or 2 after she spoke with him. They were not the lowest of the 3 quotes she received, but we felt most comfortable with them stepping in to complete the work. Honesty Electric started on the day he said he was going to (a week or so after quoting the job). He and his team quickly identified major flaws/issues with the previous electrician's work. They were able to troubleshoot the problems and come up with a plan to correct it. He knew I needed the work done ASAP, and could've charged me almost anything because I was desperate, but he provided another reasonable quote to complete the job and was able to get the additional work done within a week (it was another 2 full days with 4-5 electricians working). They were prompt to send Bryan back out to address a faulty GFI outlet even after I had paid them in full. Louis, Bryan, and their crew were all polite, knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to work withâ ¦ I will definitely use them again in the future."

"For 2 days I didn't have heat in the upstairs HVAC unit without shutting the unit off in the attic and rebooting it. Reid came and performed multiple diagnostic checks to determine whether it was the "mother board" or the pressure switch. The pressure switch was replaced (still under warranty, 10 years parts and labor) and after 18 hours everything is working normally with the heat. Since Reid was here, I had him clean and check the AC unit for freon and cleaning. I didn't need freon and he cleaned the outside unit and the drain line in the attic Good communications by Reid to me. He was thorough and neat. Total bill with tax was $118.00."

"My electrician was TJ and he did an amazing job. First up was installing a new heavy chandelier in the dining room. He determined the junction box wouldn't hold the weight of the new chandelier and installed one that would. Chandelier install went great. He moved forward to installing electrical two wall sconces in the dining room. Going into this project I was fulling expecting the whole wall to require drywall repair. In the end, I have one small, very neat, hole in the kitchen that will need repair. The chandelier had two single wall switches in the dining room. He placed a dimmer on one switch and on the second he changed it out to two switches. One for the chandelier and one for the two wall sconces. This exceeded my expectations for the room. He wrapped up the day by installing a new bar light fixture of the vanity. TJ is a thoughtful and talented electrician. I'm more than pleased with the work performed and would recommend Fairway Electric."

"We received one of their flyers in the mail. This particular flyer caught our eye because the design sample picture was similar to what we wanted and the advertised price was affordable. We called and made an appointment for the next day with Clive to get an estimate. He was prompt and professional. We explained in broad terms what we wanted. Clive discussed in length our different options and some suggestions to keep costs down. He emailed an itemized quote to us with a concept drawing. We were blown away! Not only was the price very affordable, the design was incredible! Clive is a true artist. He has extensive experience in laying stone and pavers as well as landscaping. His design incorporated all of the things we had asked for as well as considering things that we had not thought of. For instance, he strategically placed the trees in places not only for the maximum aesthetic value, but also to maximize the shade at key times of the day. Another example was that his design enabled us to have a place on the patio for the grill that was easily accessible to the house without being a focal point or eyesore. I am was also very pleased with his plant recommendations. Clive carefully chose plants that were not only easy to maintain (which was our request), but added aesthetic value to the design because of their shape, color, smell, etc... We had him come to the house several times to answer certain questions about the design, the process, etc... Each time he was prompt, professional and patient. He was very upfront and honest about any concerns and project limitations. I found his polite honesty to be refreshing. Whenever I questioned him on his plant choices or design recommendations, he explained his reasoning which I found to be correct and better than my own suggestions! When the paver manufacturer had a production problem, the project had to be delayed by 3 weeks. Clive was very apologetic even though it was out of his control. He presented other paver options but in the end we decided to wait on the exact color we wanted. The project took about 4 days and his crew was very polite and professional. Clive's ultimate goal was our complete satisfaction and he exceeded it! I have since recommended Outdoor Artisans to some of our friends (which I rarely do) and will continue to do so. I have every confidence in Clive and will use him again in the future."

"M/I Electric did a great job and were the most reasonably priced.  They quoted over $100 less than four other companies.  Everything was very well done and no mess was left behind.  They even looked at a bathroom switch we had been having trouble and fixed that issue without adding other charges.  I would highly recommend them.
