"Immediately upon the sewer company referred Water Damage Rescue to complete the restoration process, a professional staff named Juan came to our house and assessed the water damaged. We had a meeting and Juan explained to me the necessary procedures to clean and disinfect the affected area. Mr Salvador of their team came and install various equipments to clean and dry the floor and the sub floor of the house. Another team came over and scraped the infected soil and deodorized and disinfect the affected areas. It was an excellent process conducted by the staff."

"We had Top Service out in August 2016. We had just moved in and had two sewer backups the first week. We had another company come out and snake the line twice. Jesse came out to clean the pipes as we were told it was a grease buildup. He discovered that in fact there were two bellies in the pipe and it would continue to clog in that area and backup. He came back the next day with his crew and they dug down to the line and repaired the pipe, leveling it out for proper drainage. He was very thorough and spent countless hours doing the repair.
