Then, rather than yet another temp fix by running the snake down the drain, they ended up completely clearing all the sludge and build up of the drain pipes all the way out to the main drain by using a special high pressure water machine system they had. This had never been done or recommended before by anyone over the years. It was a very impressive & a much longer lasting solution. The solid awful build up of decades that came out of that pipe was astonishing. Another simple snake cleaning would have simply drilled a small hole through it all once again ...until next time. We haven’t had a single problem since. All is better than ever. At the same time, they put our gas meter up to code with the CA required earthquake auto shut off; which put our minds further at ease. "We had to go to a hotel on Sunday night because the toilet was backing up.  This has happened before and I knew it was time to replace the sewer line.  My plumber came out and checked everything on Monday morning and recommended the line  should be scoped  to see how bad it was.  He called Farrell at Sewer Line Video and they were able to come out THAT day and check the line.  There were breaks in the line and it should be replaced as soon as possible.  Farrell and Mark were very helpful and I completely trusted them from my plumbers recommendations and after I met them.  They explained everything very well.  You could tell they were very experienced in this type of job.   We scheduled the job for Wednesday and it would only take 2 days.  It turned out that it only took a day and a half.  We did not have to leave the house while the work was done.  They told us when we could not use the toilet and water and made the process very comfortable.  They made this process so easy when I thought it  would be very difficult.  They arrived exactly when they said they would and were very professional.  They were very knowledgeable about my maple tree and the roots and hard dirt they would need to dig around.   Again you could tell they had done this many times before.  I was completely satisfied with their work and would have no problem recommending them.  They also sent me a pdf file of the video after it was completed (I'd already seen the one they did before hand and knew where the problems were).   And when they were done you couldn't even tell they were there.  Excellent cleanup. <br />"

"On October the 12th of 2016 I Experienced a leak in a lower wall by my kitchen sink and decided to give a plumbing company a call by the name of PIPEASE , Had a talk with a representative about the problem I was having and was advised that they would have someone come down and check the problem . Later on that day a plumber came by and came up with the solution that I needed a pipe or 2 replaced due to a puncture on a pipe . That same day the plumber handled the problem by opening a hole where the damage was , shut off the water system in the house , Replaced the punctured pipe with a new one and just like that problem fixed !
