I've hired them numerous times over the years because I own an apartment building, they've done all kinds of work for me. When they work in apartments that are occupied by tenants I always get a happy response from the tenants because everything gets fixed right and they clean up their work after they're done. "Great communication with setting up the date and very flexible on dates and times.  We traded a few emails and phones numbers and he was able to see me on one of my requested dates.
He fixed the leak very quickly, like he had seen the same leak many times. 
He did a great job on the disposal installation.  Installed the cord correctly, the last one was kind of "McGiver'd" in there.  He even took the time to reqquest the fitting in the sink and replaced a missing "O" ring in the faucet.
