Our sales contact was (and still is) amazing, answered all my questions, and impressed me with his knowledge of the products and the company itself. The handoff to each project manager was smooth, we had folks come out in advance to measure and inspect the project area, on the day of each project manager visited the house and/or contacted us throughout the day to check on things and see if we had questions, and the workmen themselves were friendly and professional. We had a very minor warranty issue on the roof (a visible nail head) that I found after climbing up there myself, and they had their guy back the next day to fix it, which was excellent service and gave me a great deal of confidence about them honoring the warranty. Altogether seems like a solid company with great service and quality products. Shoutouts to Jordan, Crystal, David, Ray, and Jorge."

Starting with my point of contact Mac who did a WONDERFUL job explaining the process and providing a comprehensive step by step of how the installation of my replacement roof would be completed. My home currently has solar panels which needed to be removed before the installation of the new roof could begin, due to the slow response from the solar company this took over 4 months! For example, Mr. Keith spent a considerable amount of time taking "before" and "after" photos of the roof. He then used these photos to discuss and patiently explain his estimate, the scope of work required, the materials recommended, and finally, the end result. I could not have been more pleased with the entire process! In accordance with the contract, Keith and Company prepped all areas where indicated on both my front porch and the main flat roof. The workmen then installed new modified Bitumen rubber across the entire flashing of the front porch where it joins the front wall of my home. They also installed new rubber on the vents, on the main roof vent flashings, and around the entire skylight and other areas where needed. "I hired this company to replace the shingles on my roof, along with replacing the fascia and soffit. The project manager was Steve Johnston. The project was done within 5 days, even after being hampered by a delayed inspection and weather. The end results was very satisfactory. Mr. Johnston was personable, and very attentive to question, concerns, or problems. He always made himself available, and acted promptly to any request. Between the time the old shingles were removed and the new ones install, we experience three nights of very heavy rain. After the third night I noticed wet spots and staining on my interior ceiling at several locations. Within a couple days of notifying Mr. Johnston 4 workman arrived at my house to address the problem. They worked several hours and did not leave until there was no visible trace left of any leakage on my ceilings. I would recommend this company for their quality of work and care for customer satisfaction."
