"Mr. Rooter Plumbing came through! I filed a claim with my home warranty company because the up ur basement flooded on 5/28. I had to request a rush for the other company to come out. The company that came out was not that professional and told me I needed a new sump pit as well as a new sump pump. They came out within 2 hours and gave a proper diagnosis. I argued with the home warranty company over the secondary diagnosis.
