"My garage door opener stopped working, and I checked online for reviews. A-Plus Garage Door got great reviews, and they were located close by. I called at 8 AM, and Jeremy arrived at noon with a new garage door opener as requested. After examining my situation, he advised me the sensors for my opener were blocked by debris; and I did not need a new garage door opener. Jeremy cleaned everything and lubricated the moving parts, and everything works like new. Jeremy could have simply replaced the opener as I had requested, but he advised me that was not necessary. "We went to Bryan's Garage because of the reviews on Angie's List and because it is fairly close to our home. We have been there for service 3 or 4 times with various issues and they have been great. When we brought our older car in for a check-up so we could give it to our son, they fixed some key items, but didn't go overboard or suggest things that weren't necessary. I feel that they are practical and use common sense and also listen to you. "My service from Nelson Garage Doors was perfect.  I called in the morning and was promised service that afternoon.  The Servicemen were on time and asked me where I wanted everything - keypad, buttons, etc...  They completed the work in about 2 hours and greased all of the hinges and springs on my existing garage doors as well.  They took time to show me how everything works and made sure I was satisfied.  Then the Owner, Paul Macbeth, came by to make sure I was satisfied before he collected my check.  He checked the installers' work and explained the required maintenance to me.  I would definitely recommend this company.  They were extremely professional and knowledgeable as well as prompt.  They obviously care about their customers and did everything possible to make sure I was satisfied.  If I ever need garage door or opener work, I will certainly call them. <br />"
