"He inspected entire area around the chimney. Found a few spots that could be the leak source so he repaired all of them. Carefully removed the old shingles, put down a rubber membrane snow and ice barrier and then put down new shingles. So far problem seems to have been resolved. He is very meticulous in his work and does whatever is necessary to do the job right. Would definitely hire again."

"Miguel's Roofing and Masonry were very easy to work with. They did a great job at our place, replacing a very long seamless gutter, sealing several glass blocks in the roof, and correcting some masonry work as well (that they brought up as a potential issue in the future). With heavy rains there was water leaking into the house and that is fixed now! Very happy overall with them and Sunny was great to work with."

"We had S & E Roofing replace our roof four years ago, in 2013. To match the shingles on our upper roof, he used IKO brand shingles. The shingles turned out to be defective. After three years they began curling badly, most likely because they never sealed. I contacted Tim Cone and requested he come out and take a look. He did and agreed they had failed. Tim submitted the warranty claim for us, with samples and photographs, and said he would honor the warranty regardless of IKO's decision. Last week he completely replaced the roof, tearing off the defective shingles and replacing everything. The roofers were professional, courteous, and took their time to do the job correctly. Clean up was thorough. We are still waiting to hear from IKO. If you're re-roofing your house and you want someone who has integrity and honors their promises, S & E Roofing is your best bet."

"Worked with sales associate Eric N. throughout the whole process (inspection, estimate, scheduling, and post construction inspection/follow-up). At the start, he took time to point out all the issues that were present with my roof and explained all options Matthews would provide to replace it. He also explained how their 10-year warranty works and that Matthews would inspect their work every few years (no costs to do inspections but if repairs are needed a small fee for labor is required). After the work order was signed, Matthews was able to start the project four weeks later. As for the work itself, it was done in a timely manner and all debris/waste/dust had been completely cleaned up. On post-inspection of the work, there were a few items that needed to be corrected but Eric was able to address and resolve those issues immediately. One example was an error of the skylight (the wrong design was ordered/installed). He was able to get a new one ordered and installed a few months later (ordering the skylight took a few weeks but Matthews could not install immediately due to the snow/extreme cold). For the "inconvenience", he was able to have gutter guards added for no additional charge. Overall, I am happy of the work done by Matthews. Eric was very pleasant to work with as well. Would definitely use Matthews/Eric again for any roofing projects I would have."
