"Highly HIGHLY recommend Spencer and his team. I had been having some severe respiratory issues for several months after a water damage and his easy to read test results confirmed my suspicions of mold. He immediately contacted my insurance company to advocate for housing arrangements for me and my pets. The treatment was quick compared to old methods and my health started making huge improvements in just a few days time. That alone was so worth it - beyond grateful to be getting my home and my health back."

"Stay far away from this company. The owner Nez is really good at lying to customers. She has no moral compass when it?s comes to doing the right thing in business. she has a history of falsifying documents In her mold reports. for example she has manipulated lab results to scam customers into believing they had high levels of mold that don?t exist and manipulating them to use her companies services. It doesn?t get worse than this, take your money elsewhere and to a trustworthy company."

It?s important to know what your goals are and why your testing.\n\nDifferent goals require different environmental tests, i.e. medical damages & property damages require different environmental tests to prove your case in court. "Our fan went bad after 3 years. We had Certified Radon (original installers) come out to replace our fan. Something was not properly sealed and moisture trips the circuit. Now that fan trips the circuit breaker, my sump pump is on the same circuit. They will not come and fix their install problem for over a month. The only advice was to TURN OFF MY FAN for the 5 week wait, so that my sump pump will work. Disappointed."

FAQs for mold & toxic material test projects in Lansing, KS

Some companies offer a no‑cost phone or video consultation that screens for red flags. If the discussion points to a real issue, the pro will recommend a paid on‑site inspection. The complimentary call clarifies whether you need full testing, but it isn’t a substitute for samples, lab work, or a written report. Always confirm what the free service covers before you schedule.

A standard inspection, which includes basic air and surface samples, takes an average of two hours. If the pro needs to probe hidden spaces, such as wall cavities or ductwork, plan on up to six hours. Extra time allows the inspector to reach tight areas, collect additional samples, and document findings. Lab analysis is a separate process and often adds several business days to the overall timeframe before you receive the full report.

Mold thrives where moisture lingers and air flow is poor. Common hotspots include bathroom walls, kitchen backsplashes, window sills, HVAC vents, fireplaces, crawl spaces, and enclosed attics. Check these areas regularly—especially after leaks or high‑humidity weather—to catch growth early and avoid costly repairs.

Unchecked mold can knock 20% to 37% off a home’s market value because buyers worry about hidden damage and health risks. Even after remediation, visible staining or a history of major moisture issues can still lower offers and prolong the time on the market. Addressing mold quickly protects both your property’s structural integrity and its resale appeal.
