"One of the main goals of the remodel was to expand the shower as much as possible...which we did by tearing down the wall that separated the shower and tub and replace with frameless glass door and a bench in the shower.  We also replaced the bathtub with a soaker and the tile wrapped around the drop-in bathtub frame gave more room and added details to the backsplash was a nice finishing touch.  I have to say that amount of detail and design of the tiles and the workmanship of the crew were off the chart.  The services were done in a timely manner with a lot of attention to detail! <br /> The double-vanity cabinet from the showroom is absolutely stunning and gives us a lot more storage than we had before.  With all of the granite options to choose from, I am so pleased with the "verde butterfly" style that goes beautifully with the vanity cabinet and my bedroom furniture too. (even my husband said the bathroom reminded him of a fancy 5 star hotel...and that says a lot coming from him! : ) <br /> I am so impressed and pleased with the results, I am having the downstairs bathroom remodeled to match....and in the kitchen, matching the tile and re-doing the backsplash with the help of Amine Rama's design ideas/recommendations for a complimentary pattern to my existing cabinets and granite. <br />"

"We went to the showroom in early December and picked out the actual piece of granite from their inventory. We also chose a new stainless steel sink for about $200 which turned out to be much nicer and better quality than our old sink. To our astonishment our installation was scheduled for about 10 days later even though it was only a week before Christmas!  The 2 man crew arrived as scheduled and got right to work. They removed our old formica top and stainless sink and in very little time the new sink and granite countertops were in! During the installation one of the precut granite sides had to be shortened just a sliver. The crew had everything they needed outside in their mobile tool shop. They made the cut, finished and polished the edge, and brought it back into the house and installed it. There was a single seam which they filled with matching epoxy. They completed the job and gave us instructions about care and said to give the epoxy about 2 hours to cure before using the countertop. There was zero mess for us to clean up inside or out! My husband and I enjoy it's beauty every time we walk into the kitchen and working on it is a pleasure. Now my husband likes to prepare food for me and you can't beat that!  Note: 4 months later some shims fell out below the seam. The same young man from Kitchen Creations came back, determined he erred by not apply expoxy underneath one of the sides, (he was training a new installer that day and probably got distracted). But he made no excuses, just fixed it like new. Everyone makes mistakes from time to time; it's how they're handled that shows our true colors. "

"<strong>Service Contracting, LLC </strong>is a company that does what they say they will do.  They came out, surveyed the issue, and returned with an estimate.  When they arrived to assess the problem, they brought me a copy of their license and reviews from other customers with references.  When they wrote up the estimate, they called me and scheduled an appointment to review the estimate with me. They were very punctual.   <br /> The job was tedious.  It involved crawling under the house each day.  They repaired the rotted floor joists and added jacks under the house to stabilize the floor that had shifted from the floor supports being compromised.  They returned several times to adjust and check the stability of the floor.  Each person was courteous and professional.  I have called them for another job and am using them again.  It was wonderful to <strong>FINALLY</strong> find a contractor with integrity and stands behind his work."
