After we noticed a growing crack in our brick, we researched which company to trust with our house, and were excited by all the 5 star reviews. Our initial consultation was lovely, with the rep being informative, kind, and not pushy at all. We chose to go through with his recommendations with an estimate of $22,000. It was a big chunk of money but we trusted that it would secure our house and be needed. While we were told that there could be increased cost based on the depth they had to go, we were not even close to expecting an increase of $14,000, which we were only told AFTER they had begun the process and we were not able to say no or decide on another option. This discrepancy between what was quoted us and what we were then told feels careless at best and dishonest at worst.
