The estimator came on time, was professional, described the process, made appropriate measurements, took photos and promised an estimate by email. The estimate arrived 48 hours later and was right in line with others we received but much less than re-pouring the driveway. We approved the job and set a date for it's initiation in about one weeks time. They showed up right on time and commenced work. What was thought to be a 3-4 hour job eventually took 8 hours. No complaints from the contractor. The driveway was level, not perfect, but better than I had hoped for. I ground the uneven cracks myself and filled them with fast-set concrete. The driveway looks almost like new. We're happy so far. Time will tell how permanent the fix is."

"Understanding the whole process is key. For example, we had a concrete project. Not just a matter of digging out and the cement/concrete work. You may need a land survey ($$ arranged by the homeowner), a permit from the city, and if in Pinellas County, a county permit and several inspections are required. Tree roots may be an issue and may need to be taken care of at additional expense if not included in the contract. Very important to read all the fine print in the contract, do your research and ask a lot of questions. The finished product was what we were looking for but took a long time to complete. Definitely a learning experience. Mark with help from Andrew, did a great job on the patio and driveway. Mark and Ginger were very helpful finalizing the project."
