"We were v, ery pleased with the insulation work, price, communication, and friendliness. We are new in the area and did not know who to contact a first for insulation services. We had just purchased a used 1995 manufactured home with a "cathedral ceiling" that had very poor 3" ceiling/roof blown-in cellulose insulation (but lots more open space available between ceiling and roof sheathing for more ) and no way to access the vacant space above the ceiling without tearing out huge sections of ceiling drywall (for foam insulation), or drilling a lot of holes (for blown-in) or tearing off the roof. None of which were good options for us. Denny came over and said he could actually get in through the soffits at the roof edge, all the way around the house, and with his long hose extension feed the insulation blower hose all the way up to the roof ridge and fill up each cavity by drawing the hose backwards as it expelled the insulation, from the peak down to the soffits. Which he actually did. I could hardly believe it. A very creative solution for a house not built with good insulation in mind or any thought of retrofitting/access. The positive difference in house warmth and furnace/propane usage was immediate. And the price was very fair, about 1/5 the price being quoted by other companies (for spray foam), or others who just shrugged and said "no way." Denny and crew also properly vented each cavity in the process, replaced dozens of soffit screens, and the crew cleaned up perfectly afterwards. They did the whole job on time, in just a few hours, and Denny actually charged less than the original quote because he was unable to fully access a few of the many ceiling bays due to cross-beams he discovered once the project was underway. I would never have known this (that they had to skip a few bays) and he could have charged the original price anyways. So I was impressed with the honesty and integrity. The D&N crew was a friendly, hard-working group who stopped to answer all my questions and seemed to actually enjoy their jobs. We were so impressed we had D&N come back a month later and insulate our crawl space (all block walls and rim joints) with spray foam insulation. Again, great work, on time (actually a day early!), friendly service. Now we're going to get them back a third time (!) to insulate underneath the floor of a guest cabin on our property with spray foam. I hate to say it, but I’m almost looking forward to it getting a little colder so I can really determine the difference. The installers that came to my home were very professional and friendly. They took pictures and they were finished and explained what they did. They even informed me of an issue with my furnace intake pipe, which I really appreciated. "We contacted Angie’s List for recommendations for Blow-in Insulation to refresh older insulation in our attic. Three companies we recommended to us. Two phoned the next day. I never heard from the third. I told both I was gathering information and would call to schedule an estimate. I called and scheduled two companies, including USA Insulation, to come make an estimate. One company called one minute before scheduled and wanted to re-schedule. Chris from USA was on time. We were pleased with his offer and accepted. He scheduled the installation for the next day. William and his helper arrived, set everything up, and went to work. I checked regularly and photographed the attic. When they were through, they thoroughly cleaned the area. We were quite pleased. Shortly after completion, Michael, a company inspector, arrived to check the work. I would give the company an A+."

"We would highly recommend Waters Custom Exteriors for roofing, siding, and guttering as they are top notch Professionals!!! From the initial phone call to get an estimate on a new roof, Travis was very helpful. After arriving at our house to look at the roof and give us a replacement estimate Travis said we should contact our insurance company and have an adjuster come to the property to see the shingles, siding, and guttering that had been damaged from a previous hail storm. We scheduled with the adjuster and Travis came out on the arranged day and went on the roof with the adjuster and pointed out the damage that he had seen. Waters Custom Exteriors is definitely the company everyone needs when working with an insurance company. They knew exactly what was needed to move the claim forward and from that point forward until completion of the job Waters Custom Exteriors handled everything with the insurance company. The crew that Waters had performing the work on the roof was eager to get started and arrived early on the scheduled day with a dump trailer to haul away the debris from the tear-off and they quickly got underway. All of the materials needed to complete the roof were being delivered mid-morning as the final removal of the old shingles was wrapping up. There were a few underlayment boards that were bad that got replaced before they started putting down the new roof. By later in the evening, the shingles had been all put down and the new roof looked amazing. The new shingles were the architectural type and a welcomed upgrade to the standard three tab shingle that was previously on the house. When finished, the crew walked the property and picked up any debris from the project and rolled a magnet through the yard numerous times to insure all nails on the ground were picked up and when the job was completed, it was almost as if they had never been there. After the roof job, the siding went just as smoothly with a different crew sent out by Waters Custom Exteriors. Just as before, they showed up early on the scheduled day and got straight to work. The tear-off went quickly and any repairs to the underlying structure were completed before beginning the residing. All necessary materials needed to finish the job were delivered the night before and neatly stacked out of the way in the drive. The siding job obviously took longer than the roof, and each day the crew was on-site they were busy and polite, although there was little interaction with them as they were dedicated to staying on task. They were very meticulous and took pride in the work they were performing and it shows in the finished product. Each day the old siding and debris removed from the house was loaded onto a truck and hauled away leaving nothing unsightly in the yard. Once all of the siding was complete and the site cleaned up, there was a period of time before the fascia and guttering could be installed. This was at no fault of Waters. The color we had chosen was out of stock and would not be available for a couple of weeks. Waters gave us the option to pick another color or wait it out. We waited. When the material arrived at the house, it was again neatly stacked out of the way in the drive and Waters Custom Exteriors came out and installed it promptly. The house looks amazing and we couldn’t be happier. Waters saved us a huge amount of money by being there for us and working with the insurance to cover the damage from the hail storm. We would not hesitate to use Waters Custom Exteriors for any future projects at our house and would highly recommend that you use them as well."

"The owner of USA Insulation, Mark Owens, and his associate spent over an hour inspecting every nook and cranny of my 2800 Sq. Ft. two story home. After which, Mark spent a lot more time reviewing the current situation regarding my home's insulation. Then he thoroughly explained what needed to be done to correct the situation I was so impressed with his knowledge and professionalism and explanation of options. In the end, I decided that the one or two more years I intended to be in this home was not worth the investment. I suggested a partial and less expensive fix that would have resulted in a contract for him. Instead of taking my money, he explained why this would not fix the issue in the coldest room in the house and why it would not be a wise investment for me. "Work went well. Crew arrived when scheduled and on time. Seemed very professional, friendly, and conscientious. They showed me what they were doing and how the piers would be installed. I gathered 5 quotes for the job and they were the most professional/competitive of everyone I spoke with and I was not disappointed. Only minor complaint would be that it seemed the grading on the back fill was left a bit high. I was told it would settle, but I doubt it will settle that much. Not a big deal--I would still highly recommend them."
