They actually suggested less work than I had requested. However, I did want a new garage door so we moved ahead with that. The price was very reasonable. What they quoted to me was the final amount that I paid. We communicated mostly via text and they texted with me into the evening. They were friendly, professional and efficient. They were back to the hose the following Saturday and completed the work in less than 2 hours with all the options we discussed. The installation crew was also awesome. "The day before the service call, the springs on one garage door broke. So, the arrival of the installers the next day, actually earlier than scheduled (although they called to let me know), was fortuitous. Not only were the springs replaced on both doors, badly needed on the second also, the rollers needed to be replaced as well as the water seals on the outside frames and on the bottoms of both doors. Only problem was that there was a problem a couple of days later with the programing of one of the wall units which indicated that there was too heavy of a load. I called and one of the installers told me that he would stop by the same day. Fortunately, the error message stopped showing as the installer never showed up. I did hire Pacific to install a new gate because I was impressed by their work."
