The tech threw out my old one without asking my permission. I had to place more that five calls to reach a manager to complain. In the end, they agreed to waive the service fee of $60, but charge me $135 for a controller that they should've installed from the start. I can get basically the same controller from Amazon for $47. I urge readers to avoid this firm as they up-sell from the start, fail to disclose important information, and provide unsatisfactory service after they get your money.
