(Masks due to Covid-19). He let me know that what I wanted was not possible but offered several alternatives. We agreed on a design and he promised it that evening. He did not disappoint and had the offer that evening. I made one size correction and then scheduled the work. I was called twice during the wait period to verify everything was good to go. I was called the morning of to be informed that the installers would be there between 09:00 and 09:30. They were there at 09:20. Extremely professional, efficient and polite. They did an outstanding job Cannot recommend them enough."
