"Absolutely superb experience with this pro. Customer service responded within minutes of my placing the order, a time was scheduled, and the electrician appeared precisely at the time expected, they called before arriving (as I asked them to do) and every aspect of what I'd asked the Customer Service rep to relay to the electrician doing the work had been passed on the the Pro who showed up at my door. The Pro took minimal time to track down the problem, found the fix to be something simple, and then he showed me how to clean the breaker so it would fully trip into the "OFF" position the next time the breaker needed to indicate it was in fact--OFF. The reinstalled all of the switches into the 4-gang box, made it look perfectly even and balanced. He cleaned off the face plate and the rocker switch faces after installation, and the job was "perfect" and "perfect is good enough." "Had an EV charging station installed. Owner called me as soon as I signed up for Angi. He was friendly and informative. Didn’t charge me to come out to BC to give me a quote. He also let me know when he was leaving LV to come out to my place. That is unheard of with companies here. He gave me a very competitive quote with options. Ended up scheduling the install a few days out. Installer was also very friendly and communicative. I will be calling this company from here on out with any needs that come up. I highly recommend their services. Fun fact… first company I called was a respectable local to BC company. Have used them in the past. They were late for their quote. Then they sent me their bid, which was completely out of the question. I denied their quote. Even sent them an email, and never heard back. "I had to call several time, to fix the load center that not installed right, need to install connectors between the wires and the electrical box (not don, its call for another fire in the future) they came and fix it, till now I am not sure that they call for final inspection."

"Your just not going to find a more polite, knowledgeable and professional man than Mike. He immediately responded to my request . He drove to Mountain Springs to me residence and looked over my back up generator hook up to my breaker panel project. He ordered all the needed parts for the job the next day And 4 days later he had everything installed and running. Mike took the extra time to test each circuit for amp load and created panel labels identifying each breaker and the amp load for each appliance. Excellent job!"

He came and installed a new outlet for my electric car. He was very professional, answered my questions and did a fabulous job. Explained the year warranty.
