The technician, Steve, called ahead and was out shortly afterwards. He was courteous and prompt, and immediately got to work on our system. He let us know pricing for repair/replacement (which was extremely competitive, much more reasonably priced than larger competitors), and took care of us 100%. Great technician, and a fantastic small company, I'll be recommending them to our friends and neighbors here in the valley."
