"Spoke to owner on phone. He was helpful and pleasant. Decided to use his business even though they were slightly more expensive than competitors. I went to DC Auto to make an appointment. Two women behind counter when I arrived. One was so rude and unconcerned about me as a customer . . . acted as if I was intruding on her time and when I asked about the different grades of tinting, she told me to go into the showroom and look at the options. Offered no assistance and totally disinterested in me as a client. I then decided to do business elsewhere as it appeared that the employees were not as concerned about me and therefore would not be concerned about the quality of work done on 2 vehicles."
