"Preferred Construction has gone above and beyond my expectations in the repair of my home after a bathroom water hose broke and flooded our home. They removed the damaged flooring, drywall and cabinets in the bathrooms and kitchen. They then replaced all the damaged walls and flooring and cabinets and doors. Their workmanship was absolutely fantastic, including the painting of all rooms. Their follow up after the installation has been great, as they have adjusted doors months later and fixed floor planks that moved. They never added any additional charges.
