I provided stainless steel bolts and nuts for the belt tensioner, but they did not install them as requested. I asked they be returned to me but they said they couldn't find them. The secretary asked if I would like to be reimbursed and initially I declined, but later changed my mind. She said she would check with the manager, and never reimbursed me ($15.00)."
