"This is a small, family-owned business, and 3-16 Plumbing embodies all the qualities that can be lost when dealing with a big corporate chain or franchise-type outfit: personalized service, consistent, reliable follow-up, detailed and highly-informed explanations and communication, honesty. Integrity. and a rarely-encountered level of expertise in the field. With 3-16 Plumbing, you get the very best service for the very best price. They are fair and honest: one thing youâ re not going to get is conflicting info, a bait and switch, the run-around, or an unscrupulous novice looking for the max profit, at the expense of quality or integrity. This company epitomizes the phrase â customer serviceâ in every way. They are diamonds-in-the-rough, whose first priority is the customer, and exceeding all expectations."

"Very professional. Mike and his team explained what the problem was and provided solutions. They started work quickly and communicated with us through the entire process. The quality of the work was better than the original. I would definitely recommend and use Impact plumbing."

"I had main shut off valve replaced, new water softener (Hague), new water heater, new manobloc installed, R/O system installed by Angel & John. They worked for 8 hours diligently & professionally throughout the job. Job completed 8pm. They cleaned up everything & did an outstanding job. I had some concerns the following day & they returned to address my concerns. These guys have a great attitude & is an asset to Loyalty Plumbing & AC. Thank you so much. Highly recommended."

"This group was hired by repipe to repipe my house and they did an outstanding job! I am a very picky person but I was very satisfied with their work not to mention the extras that were put in to bring my house up to code as a courtesy! I rate them as five stars and would recommend them to anyone that needs work done. They were courteous and very respectful towards my premises."

"Citywide Plumbing exceeded every expectation I had. Not only were they punctual, they consistently arrived early ? which immediately set them apart. From start to finish, their team was courteous, professional, and incredibly efficient. I had a main line leak ? one of the most stressful plumbing situations a homeowner can face, with gallons of water being wasted by the minute. Citywide didn?t miss a beat. They quickly diagnosed the problem, coordinated directly with my insurance company, and got everything resolved without me having to chase anyone down. The repair and restoration were done meticulously ? you?d never know there was ever an issue. This was a huge source of worry and stress for me, and they turned it into a completely smooth experience. I cannot recommend Citywide Plumbing highly enough. If you?re dealing with any plumbing issue, big or small, these are the people you want on the job."
