Marty suggested installing flooring over the new joist to create additional storage. Because of Covid, the estimated wait for the new door was 6 weeks. It took much longer then 6 weeks to manufacture, but Marty called me several times during the delay to update me on the progress. I really did appreciate how informed he kept me. "Wish I could give this company even more than 5 stars! We have an older home with a cellar basement and our walls were crumbling and letting in water. When tim and his team were done our walls look completely finished and dry. It is a whole new space. We were very impressed by Tims expertise, he was able to look around our old home and point out needed maintenance and repair. His team also cut out old piping in our basement. Added tiger jacks to further secure our structure and raised the sagging in our house. Also added a sub-pump and a new spigot. This team does it all! Not only that but for a very reasonable price.
