"I LOVE Neli. I've used them three times now. Harmond (my Neli service man) is a joy to work with and an absolute walking encyclopedia of appliance repair. Our thirty-year-old washer are dryer are running like new, at a fraction of the cost of replacing them."

A family man looking to help others in my free time.

They say you can't have low cost, high quality, and a quick turnaround. At Clayton contracting, that's exactly what you'll get!

"For the most part it went well.  He said it would only take a day or two to get the part in and when I didn't hear from them, I called and found out that the part had been back ordered.  So, they called someplace else and got the part in quicker and then came out to install it.  There was no problem with the installation and the refrigerator has worked fine since.  I would use them again and I would recommend them.

"I have a Samsung dryer that started squeaking. I initially reached out to Samsung about having a technician come and look at it. After four days of calls that never actually went through and being told that I had to pay $140.00 before they would even schedule a time to come look at my dryer, I went on Angi and found Cincinnati Restaurant and Home Appliance Repair. Not five minutes after sending in a request I received a call with a technician ready and available to come in less than 24 hours. Not only was he cordial and easy to talk to on the phone, he came prepared with parts to get my dryer up and running in no time at all, and the cost was very reasonable. This was some of the best service I have ever received for a home appliance and I will definitely reach out to this company again with any future needs. Don’t waste your time with the big companies, just call Cincinnati Restaurant and Home Appliances Repair."

"My repairman, Bill, was courteous and provided quality service for my Maytag washer repair. I would recommend to anyone else in need of appliance repairs."

"They are thorough in their evaluation of my washer's problem. They gave me an estimate of cost and an estimate of time to do the repair. The job required new parts and they were able to get them, and the job was completed quickly. I will certainly remember them for any future problem and refer them to my friends."

"Ken and his partner were prompt with a 15 minute "on the way" call. They disassembled my dryer twice to verify my dryer problem which unfortunately required a repair that ultimately would cost about as much as a new dryer. Clean up was efficient and complete. The charge was just for the service call and reasonable."

"It was good, it was okay! Price is a little bit high. Service was excellent!"

"Had to file a claim for new clothes dryer, and repairs on fridge. Foothills Star Appliance came to look at both. Eric was the repairman. He was friendly, answered all my questions, and very professional. I would highly recommend his company."
