"The picture on my approximately 15 year-old Panasonic projection tv went haywire. From reading the manual, I deduced that the problem was the convergence. Colors were spread out, faded or lost, and the picture blurry. Frank responded quickly and made an appointment for the next day. He said I needed two convergence IC's. He kept me informed when a tool he needed to install the IC's was not readily available so that he needed to delay the next visit by one day.
