From the first call I gave them after I found their number on Angies List, I was set up with an appointment for my consultation to set up my home theater for my upstairs loft that same day. Chris was great with seeing what I needed along with what to set up for my entertainment center with the current speakers I was going to bring in. His partner Jeremy was always quick to respond when I had questions and these guys quoted me a cheap rate compared to some other offers I received. When it came to the day of the installation, these guys came prepared. I moved into a brand new home and these guys did everything possible to keep it clean and new. They were very careful when cutting the holes for my ceiling speakers, never left an imprint on my crawl space entrance, vacuumed every spot they touched throughout the install, and wore shoe covers over all the tile/carpet throughout my home. They spent the time setting up the banana plugs on the 16 gauge speaker wire while measuring the proper length for my needs from each speaker to the wall. The centerpiece had all the wires managed and tied together to keep it clean. They ran wiring through to the front, hiding all the cables without having to cut through any drywall to cross to the other side of the wall. Each wire was terminated with a keystone jack that was professionally cut and placed. They mounted my 65" television with a tilting wall mount which I purchased through them. The television looks flawless with the perfect angle and level. These guys had fun while they were working on my set-up the whole day. They seem to really enjoy what they do and it shows by the quality of work they put into my home. It was all the little things that I was very impressed with and would definitely ask them to do other projects in the future."

I am very pleased with the level of customer service: they responded quickly via email or phone to all of my questions. Their technician guided me on the doors & windows to select for motion sensors. I am able to track disarming of the security pad by user via email, which means an email pops up whenever my kids come home/disarm the system. I am also able to track arming/disarming via their mobile app, or use the mobile app to arm/disarm the house. The monthly payment plan is affordable & there are no contract surprises/changes written in. They also guide me on things I would have forgotten, like registering my alarm system with the local police. I appreciate their guidance and service.

"Protect America Alarm Systems are wireless home security systems that are so advanced and yet uncomplicated that the consumer can install all components to the system themselves. Tech support is provided which makes installation easy and very user friendly. The system is monitored and response to alarm signal is quick and nearly immediate. ( I accidentally set it off a couple times having forgotten that it was set when we left home). I've had a couple different systems in my homes over the years which were "professionally" installed; one was wired the other wireless. I install this myself with the help of tech support, I'm 65years old in good health but of course not as agile as I was a few years ago, but this system was a piece of cake for me to install. Every access to my home has been covered as well as some interior sensors. All of which have functioned flawlessly from day one!
