"The Simmons crew did a great job with installing new closet storage cabinets within our two en-suite walk in closets. The team arrived at the agreed upon time and immediately set to work on the installation. They laid out protective coverings on the floor to prevent damage. When issues appeared during the installation, they immediately conferred with me to resolve the issue. The installation went smoothly and the closets look great. They did a good job in cleaning up at the conclusion of the work and ensured all excess materials were removed from the site. Demetrius is great to work with, as he is very customer service oriented. This company comes highly recommended. I would definitely hire this company again for any future work."

"Erkay, Ismar, and team were absolutely awesome. Burju was our designer and she was fabulous as well. From the initial consultation to final walkthrough everything went smoothly and pretty seamlessly. Erkay is a fabulous project manager and was available onsite daily to assist Ismar and team as well as field any questions (even by text). Ismar and his team tackled everything from demo, tub installation, tile, plumbing, countertop installation, cabinet installation, hardware installation PERFECTLY. Those are some of the hardest working guys I have ever seen. I was impressed daily. Everything turned out amazing, we can’t wait to have them back to do another bathroom. Highly recommend. Cost is about on point with what it should be."

"Brought these guys in when the job was half finished by a relative who had been at it for 3 1/2 months.  The estimate was that it would take four days - it did.  They came when they said they would and cleaned up after themselves each day.  They pointed out imperfections in the wall that would need to be fixed before they could do the job properly.  Other tilers had missed this detail.  All that is left is for the glass enclosurre to be installed and they recommended the right people for that as well.  They are great to work with, exhibit integrity and character, and the results will not disappoint you.  What's not to love! <br />"

"Devin Nasvaderani and his crew at Marvel Homes transformed a 1950s-era galley kitchen into an inviting and open kitchen/dining room. The project had many parts and space was limited, but it was finished on time and on budget thanks to the crew's competence, creativity and attention to detail. Devin managed to conceal a waste water pipe against a wall with some judicious cutting of a cabinet and tweaking of the tile back splash, he turned a living room closet on the other side of a kitchen wall into a pantry, and rerouted air vents that had  been inside the wall that separated the kitchen from the dining room. He worked with vendors including Cabinet Discounters, ABW appliances, Mosaic Tile and ABKA Marble & Granite to ensure the project stayed on track. And he dealt swiftly with glitches, replacing a dinged sink and a scratched drawer front.. A job well done."

"Everything was simply unforgettable! I responded to an ad for Black Friday Special: name your price for the job with no reasonable offer refused! I emailed the company letting them know I wanted some rotten wood replaced on the window dormer and a ceiling repaired and painted. Mike said he would trust what and wanted and the price of $400.00. The carpenter and the painter arrived early. Mike arrived shortly and went over what needed to be done. I had purchased treated lumber so Mike purchased with receipt the correct wood. The carpenter quickly saw that more rotten wood had to be replaced than anticipated. The carpenter had to do wood cutting to frame and restore the dormer as well as insulate, caulk and prime the untreated wood. Needless to say, the handyman special turned out to be a skillful carpentry job. Mike, nevertheless kept the price at $400.00, which also included the plaster repair for the ceiling as well as painting the entire ceiling. I had been told in the past by two contractors that the ceiling job was complicated. Mike and his painter made the job uncomplicated and the result was simply great!"

"We wanted to install a tiled kitchen backsplash to protect the wall near the stove from splatters but also to improve the appearance of the kitchen. We picked a tile from Floor and Decor and set out to find a contractor. The first contractor, highly recommended on Angi, came in and proposed an installation that would have cost over $6,000. That struck us as much too high. We then approached JW, which had done work for us in the past, and got an estimate that struck us as reasonable. But to get their top tile installer, Cesar Miranda, we had to wait nearly two months. We decided to wait and are glad we did. When he arrived, he brought three different grout and gave us our choice. He then did an outstanding installation."

"Daniel and his partner installed new appliances and tile in my kitchen, I had new counter tops installed as well in my kitchen and master bathroom. I also used John Krause for a repair to my shed from water damage again Daniel and his partner did an excellent job for me. Very please with Daniel and his work. I believe Daniel is a sub-contractor for John Krause, but none the less in my opinion he did really good work and communicated with every step of the way."

"We live in a condo and, while we were on vacation, a flood in our neighbor's unit penetrated into our unit under our shared drywall and ruined part of that wall and the floor in our unit.  The drywall had to be partially reconstructed and the affected hardwood floor taken up and replaced with tile.  <br /> This was a particularly challenging piece of work since the existing hardwood damaged by the flood was attached to the underfloor with incredibly strong glue that had to be removed practically inch by inch, and the surface rendered level and smooth.   Laying the replacement tile presented its own challenges in order to compensate for differences in thickness and in order  to arrange the <br /> pieces in such a way that the natural patterns of the stone were complementary.  In addition, the tile adjoined existing hardwood and existing tile, so it was a challenge to lay the new tile so that it was level with the existing floor.  This is extremely exacting work, and requires an expert eye and meticulous attention to detail, as well as great patience.  Misha's crew exhibited all of these qualities combined with unfailing good humor and professionalism.  They take great pride in their work and are true craftsmen, which really shows in the quality of their work.  In addition, Misha always has good advice on different ways to approach repair and remodeling problems, with the pros and cons and short-term costs and long-term effects of each option.  This really made us feel like partners in the enterprise, and we were enormously pleased with the results. <br /> Note - Misha has done work for us before in our condo (extensive bathroom remodeling) and, before that, he performed a major remodeling effort on a rental property of ours which had been incompetently rehabbed by someone else, causing us numerous structural and mechanical problems.  Misha and his crew resolved all of these problems and proactively identified and corrected other issues which would have contributed to future problems (e.g. leaks). <br /> Finally - like many people, we have had a number of bad experiences with contractors who - as we generally found out when it was too late - were not competent to perform the work and because of this often laid the groundwork for future problems.  Not being professionals in this area ourselves, we were unable to spot  these problems during implementation, but had to pay for the consequences later.  Misha's work has always withstood the test of  time, and we have come to trust him completely.  It's no exaggeration to say that we would not consider hiring anyone else to do our work - and, of course, we recommend him without reservation to anyone else needing any kind of repair and remodeling work."
