Mr. Winston called and I immediately felt comfortable aa if I was speaking with an old friend or family member and he was 100% professional. I explained my issue with the laptop and he immediately told me the possible issues from the simplest fix to the complex possibility. I asked for a quote and he told me his hourly rate, which was surprisingly reasonable. He came to my home to see if he could repair it there, but had to take it to his shop. He didn't hold onto it unnecessarily to uncharged me or anything. I was given a detailed explanation of the issue with my laptop and how it was resolved. This was my first time using Angi for any type of service and I was extremely pleased. I will be reaching out again and referring to everyone I know about this pro.
