"Chesapeake's estimator called back less than 24 hours after initial contact and arrived 3 days later to measure the job. He provided the estimate on the spot and next day stopped by with shingle color samples plus addresses of homes with the two shingle colors we were interested in for our roofs. After signing the contract, we were given an approximate install date, which was 3 weeks out. We were promptly informed of a 1 week delay (due to rain) for the install. The crew completed the main house in 2 days ( a Friday and Saturday) and returned early on Monday to complete work on the garage. Aside from a couple of pieces of damaged vinyl siding, the crew was careful to protect shrubs and other plantings adjacent to the main house and garage. Chesapeake sent out their siding crew to replace the damaged vinyl siding. All in all, the project was completed in a timely and professional manner. Of 4 estimates we received, Chesapeak's was the most reasonable."

"We had a leak in the master bedroom ceiling. We called RIBA Construction in for a repair estimate. HB (their estimator) inspected our roof and found a hole where a branch had fallen and poked a deep gash through the tiles, at a valley between two slants in the roof. The painted area on the ceiling of the master bedroom had puckered and split, so it needed to be refinished & repainted. There was another area in our house by a window in another window where the paint had warped that we asked HB to give us an estimate for. He examined our window frame, inside and out and told us that the window frame was no longer level underneath the vinyl siding and the wood in the corner of the window was damp and he recommended that it should be repaired. Repair of a section of roof tiles: $300 Repair of a window underneath vinyl siding: $400 Refinishing & painting of ceiling & wall by window corner: $350 Each of these three tasks was performed by different repair men on different days. The estimate and the three repairs were all scheduled promptly and with clear warning as to when they would arrive. All of the work appears to have been done well and handled professionally. We would recommend them to anyone who need one or all of these the three services that they performed."

"Mike was very responsive and helpful through the project. I had some siding damage due to a wind storm, Mike was able to come out that day and do a quick patch to prevent any further damage. After not having any luck getting other contractors to do the work I needed done, I became aware of Presidential Exteriors when they completed a siding project at a neighbor’s home. "This is our second great experience with Exterior Medics. We had them do a major wood siding replacement project a couple years ago so when we needed roof repairs done, we knew they were a good company to work with. We were wondering whether there would be issues with getting work done during the Coronavirus shutdown or how they would handle it. The sale consultant set the tone early - no contact during the inspection process, Zoom to walk through the assessment and proposal, and no impact on the scheduling overall. They were trustworthy in providing assessments and estimates for different levels of work - a set of repairs absolutely needed to fix a leak, a set of repairs for other apparent damage, and a set of repairs to prevent future issues. We ended up doing a full roof replacement, a chimney repair, and gutter replacement. I am not going to say it was cheap - but it was a good value considering the scale of the job. We needed a custom skylight, which did lead to some delays, but Exterior Medics kept in touch regarding timeframes and were super helpful (and apologetic, although it was out of their control). Once the skylight was in, the scheduling was very fast. The job would take 3 days - one for delivery and the masonry work, one for the roof replacement, and one for the gutters. Even as bad weather threatened, they didn't panic and as the forecast turned out better than expected, they held to the schedule. The team worked VERY hard while onsite - not only did they work fast, but they were consistently cleaning up debris during the whole job. They also did multiple sweeps with magnets to get any screws and roofing nails. The job was completed exactly when expected despite some other repairs being required during the job. Overall very satisfied with the quality and timeliness of the work - it was exactly what we expected from past work they have done for us. We definitely intend to use them on future projects."
