They worked with us on picking everything out, really listened to what we said about what we wanted out of the space, and started and finished the work on time. When I was not happy with the quality of a countertop, they immediately replaced it. They made multiple trips out to make sure that everything was just the way we wanted it. Their prices were really reasonable, and I will absolutely hire them for our next home renovation project."

"I was really pleased with their work and would use them again. My experience was excellent. Obviously there will be an initial contract. Do be sure to document any changes made along the way (change in glass style or change in cabinet door knobs). I had some minor changes that in a small way lowered the price (just a tad).....upon review of the final bill I found the adjustment had not been made. When I pointed it out they quickly adjusted. Am thinking that at some point we may sell our place and do another and will definitely use Smokey Mountain Cabinets again. Beautiful work and nice people."
