"I have had a slow leak roof leak in my garage that only crops gets worse when we have torrential rain.  I called Sam and he came out. I explained the situation and he got on the roof and determined that I needed the roofing maintenance package.  He said some of the nails have popped up and needed to be chalked.  He did the entire roof to verify there were no further issues.   We discussed how to fix the ruined drywall and he gave me some suggestions as well.  Sam was very personable and I would definitely recommend and use him again. <br />"

"They did a great job with the repairs. They were able to repair the popcorn ceiling and remove the water stains and damage, including the area around my skylight. It all looks seamless. There were a couple of spots that didn't match the rest of their work initially, but I called them up and they came right out to take a look. They fixed everything and made sure I was happy with the results. They told me to call again if I had any other issues. They are very proud of their work and make sure that their clients are fully satisfied!"

"Terminix and it's representative responded quickly.  The representative was timely and provided a reasonable solution (bait stations around the perimeter of my home and patio).  The cost quoted was rather high ($2688 for installation plus $336/year for annual service).  Furthermore, there would be no guarantee of protection from termites unless I first took care of moisture issues in my crawlspace.  I feel this much was reasonable but from here on things went wrong.  The same representative who inspected and quoted for termite protection gave an estimate for their Humidi-Seal package which includes a liner for the crawlspace and a dehumidifier for $15,705 plus $200 per year for servicing and guaranteeing moisture control.  What was not addressed by the estimate was replacement of my sump pump and basin.  A major contributor to my moisture problems was the fact that my sump pump float was corroded and sticking and as a result the basin was filled and backing up into my french drains.  The Terminix representative said my sump pump was working properly when I asked.  Failing to address the faulty sump pump and sludged up basin would have yielded problems later with water likely getting on top of the liner.  Replacing the sump and basin alone could have yielded good results but I did choose to have my crawlspace sealed, a dehumidifier installed AND the sump pump and basin replaced by another company that specializes in it all for about half the price Terminix quoted.  Terminix's representative also didn't know about the impact sealing a crawlspace can have on radon levels (most waterproofing companies don't know it can more than double radon levels).  I may use Terminix for pest control (what they are best at) in the future but given this experience for now I'm installing a comparable bait system myself and saving $2100 on it by spending 2 or 3 hours of my time doing the installation. <br />"

"<p>Overall it went well...especially for the price paid, but the finish details are where I was not fully satisfeid. Fernando was very responsive and eager to make sure I was happy with the result. His team was always polite and worked with us when we changed our minds about paint colors and other details during the project. For 98% of the work, I am completely satisfied...the walls, ceilings, trim...anything that was painted was finished. The installation of the floor was great, he even re-did the clear coat of the complete 2nd floor when bubbles were found in portions of the finish. However, the railing install did not meet my expectations. It was not fastened to the floor correctly and the detail of the cuts and fit are not to a professional level. I also had a bit of trouble getting the project finshed in a timely manner...they are very busy and did not always have guys working on our project when I expected.</p> <p>I would definitely hire them again for anything that would be painted, but I feel that the finish carpentry leaves something to be desired.</p> <br />"

He sent his team to tear out the old screen porch and install the framing for the system on Friday of the same week.
