"<p>Even though the weather and unexpected issues (This is an old house where the unexpected problems may arise when renovating.) caused some delays , Daniel of Upstate Remodel, did a great job.  He and David are perfectionists in every task they undertake. </p> <p>The stairwell job has transformed a regular stairwell into a pretty area.  David made chair rails with "shadow boxes" below which really "dressed up" a merely utilitarian space. In addition they repainted the area. Again, the precision of his work is remarkable.</p> <p>Daniel encountered several problems with the bathroom cabinet and the kitchen but persevered with painstaking excellence.  The installers for the granite countertops who were recommended by Upstate Remodel were very prompt and did a beautiful job in the kitchen and the bath.  The appliance garage on the kitchen counter had to be practically rebuilt by Daniel, but again his desire for perfection resulted in a finished product that the average person would never guess had been a problem.  The ceramic backsplash which I requested be tiled in the "diamond"  pattern is perfect.  Again there were issues that required some thought and careful decision, but the result is exactly as I had pictured.</p> <p>My husband and I highly recommend David or Daniel for any job for which they would contract.  We definitely will use them for any further work we have done.  We are seniors who were impressed with their professionalism as well as their pleasant and engaging personalities.  We found them very courteous and respectful.  Both are men of integrity who were and still are welcome in our home as family.</p> <p>The cost paid ($3,247.26) does not include the cost of the granite and granite installation or the cost of the ceramic tile.</p> <p>Also, this amount does not include a  gratuity for their outstanding work and their success in completing the work by our deadline.</p>"

He was very meticulous in every detail and kept me informed by phone, text and/or pictures every step of the way. "If you can be flexible A+ Pressure Washing and Home Repairs is the Company for you. After some initial scheduling issues on both of our calendars, and the weather, we finally came to an agreed to date and time. Scott and Jonathan were very thorough on the task at hand. Our white siding, windows, soffits, and fascias look like new. We had all of this work done a year ago ( <em>by another provider</em>) and Scott fixed all of last years mistakes and made everything beautiful. They rinsed the window glass so minimal window cleaning will be needed. Not their problem, but I would recommend following them around as they do the windows and doors. It was easy to keep ahead of any water infiltration. Great Job Guys! <br /> PS: while writing this review, my daughter called. After discussing what a great job they did she asked for his name. Which I gladly gave to her."

"We had to run this by our HOA.  They said we could have this tree cut down but that we would have to use their Arborist.  I then contacted Fuller Tree Service and they said no problem that they would do a fall clean up instead.  We both agreed on it and then they day they were supposed to come out, their office called and said there was an emergency.  Since their emergency, they have not followed up. <br /> <br /> The Arborist that our HOA made us use cut down the tree for $100.00, which is considerably less than what we paid for the Big Deal all together.  <br /> <br /> This was a lot of money and we would now like to use this money towards our Spring Clean up, if at all possible."
