What a great guy and electrician. I found him via Thumbtack (local pro app). He immediately responded and we set up a time. He arrived on time and had to correct issues that went back before I moved into the home. He is so patient, knowledgeable, and professional! "Mr. John Russo from Mr. Electric did a fantastic job. John is extremely professional, highly knowledgeable and very polite & friendly. He is exactly the way it used to be in the United States. The appointment was at 8AM. He called at 730AM to say he's on the way. At 8AM, the doorbell rings, he's here. By his own idea, he takes off his shoes to walk on our carpet. I explain the situation, he says he'll take a look. After 15 minutes, he comes to tell me he has identified the issue and will resolve it. He then fixes the light and then asks me to take a look. Next, just to make sure everything else was alright, he went outside to check our electrical box. Then, he went thru the house checking all of the electrical outlets. He answered all of my questions and made several recommendations. Great job! I wish he was my doctor and car mechanic. You better get this guy while he's still working at Mr. Electric. You just don't get high caliber service like this anymore."
