"Our basement has been leaking forever, probably since the house was originally built. Every time it would rain hard, water would seep in between the foundation walls and basement slab. After a hard rain, I would vacuum up 15-20 gallons of water with my wet/dry vacuum. We had a landscaping and irrigation company put in french drains to deflect rainwater, which didn't help at all. I called a few local companies but none *specialized* in basement waterproofing, so I called two larger regional companies to get quotes. We called AquaGuard and BDry, and got a quote from each. Both seemed professional, both had great financing options, but BDry came in significantly lower in price. Almost half the price of AquaGuard's proposal. We went with BDry. They completed the waterproofing in about 2 days, were very professional, and cleaned up pretty well when they left. It's been over six months since we had the basement waterproofed, and we haven't had a drop of water in the basement since. Now that we are confident the basement won't leak, we started finishing the basement. Plumbers cut the concrete to move drain lines for a toilet and shower, and accidentally cut into the BDry drain lines. BDry gave me an entire section of the corrugated drain and piece to connect it so my plumber could fix it, and they didn't charge me a dime. Their service is awesome, and I would recommend them to anyone with basement waterproofing services."

"The men came back the next day to complete the repairs to our well pump. They surveyed again what the problem was and communicated with us the whole time. Upon our permission they would complete that repair. We found this company to be very professional and the men were very accommodating and personable. They were here for most of the day and upon finishing the job they came to let us know they were leaving and that everything they tested worked . <br /> This company will get our business again in the future. I especially liked the fact that they were so up front about everything, from the time and a half fees to getting our permission before fixing or replacing any part. <br />"

"The contractor removed one tank containing filtering media the added a larger one with a media that was sufficient for the iron content that had to be removed.  He further adjusted the system and corrected the water flow and backwash cycle.   Other tanks were cleaned along with the flow valve for proper functioning. The contractor was in and out in four hours using two workers that were both polite and competent. Everything was cleaned up and was left in better shape than when they arrived. From the time they put the new system on line our water has been perfect.  We are so happy after several contractors worked on our system for 10 years and none of them has gotten it right. <br /> WE RECOMMEND THIS CONTRACTOR TO ANYONE WITH BAD DRINKING WATER!"

"Provider was used twice at Lakeview Manor Personal Care Home in Madison, Georgia. <br /> My first experience with provider was in February when the pump for our sprinkler system failed our annual inspection. No water was flowing.  Since this system is critical for the fire safety of our Personal Care Home residents, this had to be fixed immediately. I found the provider's add in the yellow pages and since it was just down the road from our location, I gave them a call. Sam Slaughter answered and told me it would be a few days before he could get to us. After explaining the urgency of our situation, he rounded up a crew and came out that afternoon.  Mr. Slaughter diagnosed the problem, made the necessary repairs, and got our sprinkler system functional to pass the inspection.  I very much appreciate Mr. Slaughter's understanding our problem and his response to quickly get us going again. <br /> Our second experience occurred when the well to our main water supply stopped working.  It was in the early evening when this happened and, once again, the provider quickly responded to our call.  Sam Slaughter explained it would be late, but he would be there.  He and his crew arrived around 10:00 PM.  It was dark and the well house was not easily accessible, but, with flashlights in hand, the well house was reached and  the problem was quickly diagnosed. The bladder In our 250 gallon tank ruptured and blew the control box. The control box was repaired and the flow of water was restored, however, the tank would have to be replaced.  This occurred the next day and, within one hour, the new tank was installed and the old one carted away.  Once again this provider responded quickly and minimized our downtime. Mr. Slaughter kept me in the loop each step of the way, explaining what was found, what was being done, and what else was needed.  <br /> I will continue to use this provider for all my well needs and highly recommend Slaughter's Well Pump Service to anyone needing their expertise. <br />   <br />"
