"It went great. I had contacted several other people who didn't respond or were slow. They sent one of the owners  himself and he walked with us around the home. They were personable. He kept it cost effective for us and made recommendations for what should be done in the future. He had the opportunity to do other jobs and he didn't. He is very loyal. The staff is very complimentary and they've worked on other houses on the block. He gave us a time frame and outline and when we should do it. I was totally impressed. There was the possibility for an upcharge and he did not! We are going to use them again in the future for other projects."
